At IKONIC STRANDS, we are committed to providing premium hair extensions and a luxury shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality-control purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Ordering the incorrect length, texture, color, or quantity.
• A change of mind after purchasing.
• Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, colored, cut, chemically processed, or otherwise altered.
• Dissatisfaction resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or use.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and order details before completing checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing after purchase. We do not guarantee cancellation requests or changes once an order has been submitted.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact IKONIC STRANDS directly regarding any order concerns so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to provide relevant order records, tracking information, and policy acknowledgments when responding to payment disputes.
